"Gradaution Plus - B" (G+B) prepare students with the academic, technical and workplace skills necessary to seek further education and employment in a career field of their interest.
It aims to assist adult learners in the process of choosing a career, changing careers, or selecting an educational concentration. The purpose of G+B is to help learners explore careers and make smart decisions about their career plans early on in their training experience, instead of investing precious time and resources in an educational program that does not match their skills, values, interests, or needs.
